Our Children. Our Future

The schools we work in are in Kolar Gold Fields (KGF), Karnataka, India. The gold mines were the major employer in the region. Their closure a few years ago left the area with high unemployment and economically depressed. The demographics of the area show a population of equal proportion of Hindus, Muslims and Christians and the highest concentration of Dalits per capita. More than 70% of the students are from families unable to pay their tuition costs. Our scholarships are awarded without regard to religion or caste.
